Whilst it's only the lower proportion of us who are Coeliac or gluten intolerant, we are often the ones who need to be considered first, when thinking about ordering food for events, gatherings or when meeting up with family and friends. With the rise in awareness and demand for dairy-free and vegan options too, I can also cater for those needs, whilst not compromising on taste and enjoyment.
I have many years baking experience, everything is always made using the best quality ingredients, entirely hand-crafted and made with passion - my main Moto is that everything I make must taste fantastically joyful regardless of it all being gluten-free. I like to create food that makes people feel good.
All baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that has a rating of 5, following inspection by the local authority.

Millionaire Shortbread, personalised.
Buttery, biscuit base with thick, perfectly rich caramel, topped with dark chocolate and your choice of message, hand-written with white chocolate.
All three stages are carefully done by hand in a unique batch just for you.Once you cut into this slab it will serve 10 large portions or more if you go with smaller slices. This is perfect if you're not such a fan of cake or if you're catering for small number of people and don't want waste and want something delicious that can lasts well. Suitable for home freezing. Double chocolate cake
With vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam and chocolate centre.
A beautiful, decadent, old fashioned and rich chocolate cake, made with the finest ingredients.
Raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream sandwiched in between chocolate sponges and topped with chocolate ganache, various red fruits and white chocolate shavings all carefully placed in a cake box.
