The gluten-free and vegan 'Do it yourself' (DIY) kit for you to make your own delicious donuts at home was born in spring 2020, when I used to run Reading's only gluten-free coffee shop. We had to close for a while and these were one of our best sellers. Then one night, I had the idea of making a kit by providing all the ingredients and instructions, and sending them via post, as they are just so ridiculously easy to make and everything travels well.
After launching the pilot batch and making some tweaks, they have since won 2 gold medals in the Free-from awards, impressing the judges, including the gluten-free queen, Becky Excell!

Each kit has everything needed along with instructions on how to make the batter and bake the BEST apple and cinnamon donuts! They make a great gift too and we can add a personalised message to the box and send it straight to the lucky recipient. Donut Baking Mix Bags on their own!
This is a good option if you've already tried the full DIY donut kit and are ready to make your donuts by sourcing and adding the other ingredients and using your existing donut moulds.
Gluten-free + vegan donut baking mix / 700g / Makes up to 20 donuts
Ingredients: Rice flour, Caster Sugar, Potato starch, Tapioca flour, Maize flour, Buckwheat flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Xanthan Gum.
Each bag makes up to 20 medium donuts -
The ingredients you need to add are outlined on the back of each pack, along with very easy to follow instructions. The ingredients you need to add are:
