About a Nibsy's afternoon-tea...
Everything is always made using the best quality ingredients, entirely hand-crafted and made with passion - my main Moto is that everything I make must taste fantastically joyful regardless of it all being gluten-free.

Each handcrafted afternoon-tea box, which is designed for one person, includes:
- Homemade scone, with clotted cream and Jam (dairy-free spread for vegan/dairy-free ones)
- A selection of vegetarian sandwiches or quiche (quiches aren't available for dairy-free and vegan options)
- A range of Nibsy's cakes to meet your dietary requirements - they vary so will be a surprise for you and always include a variety of colours and textures. If there are sweet items you especially want included, please just ask so your favourites are included in the selection.
- All afternoon-teas are boxed up and either delivered to your door or ready for you to collect from my home in West Reading.

Minimum order of 6 applies
Why is there a minimum order? Everything is made to order and from scratch, on a date of your choosing and to make all the various components takes hours and hours! Therefore the minimum order amount is in place to cover my labour cost and the time to make each small batch of items that goes into each box.

1) Local delivery;
If you're within this area on the map, and you'd prefer delivery there's a delivery charge of from £4 up to £20. Delivery areas on the edge of the map take well over an hour round trip so the cost is towards my time/fuel and weekend deliveries may cost more. 2) Collection from my home: The postcode is RG30 2RP. Collections always welcome :-). 3) Collection from Fidget and Bob (on selected dates, TBC). Or you can choose to collect from our friends at Fidget and Bob café over on Kennet Island (near Madejeski Stadium, just off the M4) if that's more convenient for you. |
Why is it only 'take-away' / 'pick up' only, rather than option of eating-in at the coffee shop?
You may have missed the news - The coffee shop on Cross Street has been under new ownership since summer 2021 and has a new name (Yaylo) and a different look but remains completely gluten-free. Nibsy's is an online and home bakery business therefore orders are for local collection or delivery only. |

"Naomi is an absolute god send! 2 times I’ve messaged now in a pickle and needing an urgent bake for my hubby and both times she’s gone out of her way to fit me in. The bakes were so beautifully presented and tasted absolutely amazing. She takes so much pride and care in all that she puts out! The donut kits are amazing too we’ve also had the vegan treat box which was again to die for!
