Donut Flour Blend Bag (GF and Vegan) x 1

Weight 700g - Each bag will produce 18 to 20 chubby donuts


Ingredients in donut mix: Rice flour, Caster sugar, Potato starch, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat, Gram flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum).


This combination, along with the below ingredients (that you need to source and add*) creates the perfect donut mix.


Simply pop the entire bag in a large bowl and add the additional 'wet' ingredients which you'll provide yourself:

  • Fruit compote/purée of your choice (such as apple purée, tinned fruit blended to pulp like peaches or mangos. You can even simply boil oranges or lemons for 30 mins and then blend them up to smooth pulp),
  • Melted coconut oil,
  • Warm water
  • And vanilla essence (which is optional).
